Ok Doo's face seems to have a really bad plastic job or something. She just looks funny or real bad esp her lips it's so fake or something. But her SIL is too funny trying to remember all the recyle stuff..  |

does anyone have any experience with chestnuts in korea (in reference to computers)? i gather their used to purchase stuff online, is there anything similar here in the U.S.?
does anyone have a fave/ fantasy pairing btwn the 4 young leads? i'm still deciding...
the guy that plays the oldest grandson was also on the show that was shown before BB tonight, he seems like a nice-type character (kinda like a younger ki-joon)
the 2nd grandson reminds me of that guy who played the rich son in my precious child (older brother to the mentally retarded guy). he seems kinda aloof. |

Anyone here from NEW YORK?
I have a got BIG problem. Today I got time warner cable and I have no clue on which channel this drama is being shown. There are 2 channels one 511 Korean TV and the other one 512 Mkorea. I've been waiting since 9.00p.m. flipping between these 2 channels but couldn't find it!!
Does anyone from NY (manhattan/queens) know on which channel and what time it is shown?????
PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN!!!

It's on Channel 63 WMBC (I don't have cable, but I receive it on Ch. 65 on my scrambled antenna) at 9:30 PM.
This drama and A Farewell to Tears (Sat & Sun) are getting me interested a lot in Korean programming... |

| So finally the drama is starting to pick up for me. I think Ki-woong would match better with Jong-nam as a couple, and I think Suk-hyun would match better with Hae-in. But I have a feeling that Ki-woong and Hae-in will be together and Jong-nam and Mr. Pee will be together also. |

| Yup & Mr. Pee's dad will be HIn's aunt. You noticed 'twist of fate/brush' last nite? Gosh her facial feature still really funny to me. I can't get it out of my mind. Serves Mr. Pee's mom, man she's she/man woman. And oh yeah, HIn's dad may hook up with the bar owner for some reason. I think so 'cause his wife says he'll never have an afair... bad omen. So it will happen when you least expect it. |

I really like this drama... way more than the last one... hmm... what was the name of the previous drama? My...
I like the pace as well as the daily comic relief. This is so much better than watching In Young mopping all day and everyone crying or agonizing.

Jangmi, I agree with you. Looks like that ditzy Ok-doo has too much plastic surgery or something. I cannot stand the way she talked or how she blinked her eyes. Something wrong with her eyes or her mouth?

I actually think Hae-in looks better with Sukhyun because both are tall, slim and good-looking. I think Ki-woong pairs off better with Jongnam as they are both funny and cute in the way they act.
However, I want Sukhyun to end up with Jongnam. Since the first time they met at the restaurant and then later ended up at the motel, I thought they should be together. Plus, I cannot stand Nara (btw, the name was changed in the drama as you can see in my character profile, Nara's name was something else). I feel a little sorry for Ki-woong's mother and I don't want Nara to win and get the daughter-in-law she has always wanted. It would teach her a good lesson if Jongnam ends up becoming the daughter-in-law. Can you imagine that? That would make the drama even more interesting to watch than if Hae-in becomes the daughter-in-law. 
I look forward to watching TBB every night. Right now, I am kind of bored with all the other dramas except for Rosy Life. So at least there is something to look forward to every night M-F.
By the way, do you think we should have a TBB spoiler thread? I noticed folks from NY and places outside of Hawaii were discussing episodes that weren't aired here yet. It would be better if we talk about future episodes in another thread, don't you think? I have been so busy. But I am very tempted to go watch all the most current episodes of this drama online. If I do, I may be able to write brief summaries of some of the most current episodes just aired in Korea. |

I'm enjoying this drama, too. I like the portrayal of the family dynamics and the different issues and concerns impacting their daily lives.
At this point in the story, I haven't warmed up to Haein or Sukhyun; they seem too self-centered. They haven't shown much consideration to anyone surrounding them, even their own families. I dont want to see them as a couple--it would be too boring. The personalities and economic hardships of Kiwoong and Jongnam would make things more interesting if they were paired off with the other two. So I'm for Haein and Kiwoong and Sukhyun and Jongnam.
I really like Jongnam. She is cute, hardworking, resourceful, and feisty. IMO she's just the gal to steal Sukhyun's heart. It'll be fun to watch their relationship develop into a romantic one, rather than the antagonistic one they have now.
This is another story that has a philanderer who even though has been caught numerous times in affairs, and recently beaten up by his wife, continues to seek out his next conquest. And it is irritating when the relatives, especially the mother, make all kinds of excuses for their son's behavior. |

Characters I like:
Jongnam (you have to love an honest woman who's cute)
Jaeok (for taking Jongnam in - she actually has a heart)
Minsook (for being dedicated and level-headed)
Jaeman (funny guy!)
Okdoo's cafe partner (pretty with the uncurled hair)
Characters I dislike:
Dajung (stupid little sister)
Malja (grandma - Korean grandmas are SO stupid and brainless)
Nara (evil personified)
Byungdoo (just a blithering idiot)
Characters I am indifferent to:
Sukhyun (he means well, but just doesn't get it)
Rira (conceited)
Jaedo (likable but taciturn)
Byungdoo's wife (too stupid to tell her husband to f@*#k off)
Haein (too oblivious)
Kiwoong (indecisive)
Okdoo (ditto) |

LR6A, please don't feel bad caz channel 511 and 512 are so rubbish!
They have somehting on thier guide but they show something else! 
The other day on 512 it says "Military News" in guide and I just turned to see what was that and turned out they were showing TBB around 7.00!!So mad!

As for the character that I like:
Absolutely JN-no doubt. I actually like SH and KW a lot too, but not HI unfortunately. She is as someone already said here self-centered.
I can't stop laughing when HI's parents come on the screen. They are funny.
I was also wondering why HI's aunt talk like that as if she is having problem talking! |

sounds like HI father want someone more like KW rather than SH because SH is a pampered rich kid who take everything for granted.
yes, this show is quite comical. i especially liked the bathroom scene when KW mom threw the toilet paper over the stall to HI mom and the cell fell into the toilet....LOL! |
